Created from coiled rebar, spirals add strength and stability to building forms. In 2004, Simcote developed a process to apply the protective epoxy coating directly to coiled rebar on our CRSI-certified coating line. Spirals are then created according to contractor specifications, saving time and money without sacrificing product quality or reliability.

STRAIGHT rebar

Simcote’s epoxy-coated straight rebar can be found in bridges, parking ramps and other commercial buildings throughout the U.S. We carry an extensive inventory of coated rebar to ensure our product is there when you need it. This means no costly project delays or downtime. And we back up every bar we coat.

CUSTOM coating

When a consistent, durable finish is required, our custom coating process will deliver performance, protection and high color retention. Simcote Custom Coating provides a wide range of coating capabilities, including those required to meet DOT specifications. We also provide custom coating for commercial and decorative applications.
